These Mobile Terms apply to OmniSystemIO recurring messaging programs. They supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The exact program(s) you receive depend on the specific optional consent you provide.
1. Program Description
OmniSystemIO may offer more than one recurring mobile messaging program. Each use case is presented separately so you can choose which types of messages, if any, you want to receive.
OmniSystemIO Marketing Messages
Recurring promotional and marketing messages may include offers, product or service announcements, event or webinar invitations, educational content, company updates and other promotional communications from OmniSystemIO.
OmniSystemIO Service & Informational Alerts
Recurring account, service and informational messages may include requested follow-ups, project or service updates, appointment or consultation reminders, operational notices and other non-promotional communications related to your interaction with OmniSystemIO.
These are separate use cases. Opting into one program does not automatically enroll you in the other.
2. Enrollment & Consent
You enroll only when you take an affirmative action—such as checking the corresponding optional consent box on a web form or using another disclosed opt-in method. The SMS consent boxes on OmniSystemIO forms are not required to submit the underlying inquiry.
By enrolling in a recurring program, you consent to receive SMS and/or MMS messages at the mobile number you provide, including messages sent using automated technology where permitted. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods or services.
You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and are authorized to consent to messages at that number.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on the program, your activity, requested services and the communications you have elected to receive. Some users may receive more or fewer messages than others.
Recurring messages may continue until you opt out of the applicable program or the program ends.
4. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. OmniSystemIO does not charge a separate fee to receive program messages, but your wireless carrier may charge you according to your mobile plan. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.
5. How to Opt Out
To stop recurring OmniSystemIO SMS messages, reply STOP to the short code or phone number that sent the message. You may also use universal opt-out keywords such as END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT where supported.
After we receive a valid opt-out request, we will send a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will stop sending further recurring messages from the applicable sending program as required. For a short-code program, a STOP request may terminate all active OmniSystemIO recurring programs associated with that short code.
If you later want to receive messages again, you may re-enroll using an available opt-in method.
6. Help & Customer Care
For assistance with an OmniSystemIO messaging program, reply HELP to the short code or phone number that sent the message.
You may also contact customer care at [SUPPORT EMAIL OR TOLL-FREE NUMBER].
7. Delivery, Wireless Carriers & Availability
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is outside OmniSystemIO's complete control.
Program availability may vary by carrier, device, geographic area and technical capability. OmniSystemIO may modify, suspend or discontinue a messaging program at any time.
8. Privacy & Mobile Information
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how OmniSystemIO collects, uses and protects information.
OmniSystemIO does not sell or rent mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent data. Mobile information and SMS consent data will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service providers that support delivery, platform operations, security or related messaging functions subject to appropriate restrictions.
9. Eligibility & Responsibility for Your Number
You must be authorized to use the mobile number you provide. If you change, deactivate, transfer or relinquish your number, you should opt out before doing so and update your contact information where applicable.
Do not enroll a mobile number belonging to another person without that person's authorization.
10. Changes to These Mobile Terms
We may update these Mobile Terms from time to time to reflect program, operational, legal or industry changes. When we do, we will revise the effective date shown above. Material changes may be communicated through the website or another appropriate method.
11. Contact OmniSystemIO
